Yesterday's Tale will eventually be an Inuyasha crossover, making the setting Japan's feudal age roughly between the late 1540's - early 1560's. This is mostly irrelevent to the story, but i thought I would include it for those of you who would like to know. I was able to approximate the the time frame based on both Kagome's reaction to meeting the boy named Nobunaga, and his reaction to being compared to Oda Nobunaga. The fact that Nobunaga knew had heard of the Japanese future general places the story somewhere in the 1540's. (Oda Nobunaga was born in 1534. So it's a safe bet to place it somewhere after 1544.) Im roughly setting it around 1547 around the time he first his first military action and before his marrage in 1549.
I chose 1550's because by the late 1560's he had aquired enough power and repute that was able to march his army into Kyoto and announce a new shogun thusly ending the warring states period known as the Sengoku jidai. As I'm not all that familiar with japanese history, im I can't say for sure when Nobunaga Truly gained a lot of power and fame. As such I'm merely guessing the 1550's to be the probable end limit of when the Inuyasha story takes place.

The Story Chaos Quest is set in the world of Norrath of the popular game Everquest. Everquest is a fantasy world setting for both an online and pen and paper role playing. The everquest world started as an Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG). EverQuest was released in March of 1999, is is currently the worlds leading MMORPG. Since it's initial release Everquest has grown tremendously. There have been five expansion packs to the original everquest, a version for the PS2, comics, and a line of pen and paper role playing books based on the d20 system.

In case anyone was wondering about the picture on the main page, it's a picture of what Chikiko is supposed to look like. The picture itself is actually a picture of Shiori Misaka from Kanon. (A good anime series I highly recommend.) Chikiko is a character from one of my stories, who i've taken as a pen name.
